“Whoever Believes”
Whoever believes…that is the most wonderful phrase spoken in the Bible. It doesn’t matter who you are or what you have done.
WHOEVER WILL CALL ON THE NAME OF THE LORD WILL BE SAVED.
Romans 10:13
Jesus said it in John 3:16, “…whoever believes in Him shall not perish, but have eternal life.”
But to become a part of the “whoever believes”, one must hear the good news of the Gospel. And to hear that wonderful phrase someone must speak it. That is where those who are already believers come in. If you are a Christ follower, you have been called to be a witness of Jesus Christ. (Acts 1:8)
And to reach the “whoever” we cannot be exclusive as to who we share the good news with. Think of the “Parable of the Sower” Jesus told in Mark 4. The Sower did not make sure his seed only fell on good soil, those who would accept what he was saying. He spread his seed everywhere. Even on the path where it would be rejected. Who knows, maybe someone is on that path that Jesus is reaching out to. He needs us to take hold of His calling…” Whoever Believes.”
